Koyaanisqatsi - 7.5/10. Koyaanisqatsi - A state of life that calls for another state of living. Fucking... weird little movie. A series of visual sequences that seems to follow a linear sequence of no manmade to all manmade. You could probably imply what you want out of it, but that definition up there keeps you focused. It basically ends up being one long, incredible music video. Philip Glass plays throughout and it's fucking... enthralling. There is no plot, no characters, but the music builds and builds to this incredible tension and and and. It's an experience? What?

i like it when the camera zooms out from a metropolitan sprawl and we see photographs of cities taken from satellites, then we are shown photographs of microprocessors, and suddenly the metaphor becomes clear.
